All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@craftnculture.uz. Refund timing is based on when we receive your written notice.
Multi-Day Tours
Applies to our 7-Day and 10-Day journeys.
Deposit & balance
A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The remaining 70% is due 45 days before departure — we send a payment link once your trip is confirmed; there's no online checkout to fill out yourself.
If you cancel
How much of the total trip price you forfeit depends on how close to departure you cancel.

If we cancel your tour
Every multi-day departure needs at least 2 travellers. We decide 55 days before departure if a group hasn't reached that minimum. If we cancel for this reason, you choose: a full refund, or a free transfer to any other date. No penalty, no admin fee, either way.
Travelling solo?
Our prices are per person, based on two travellers sharing a room. Travelling alone? A $400 single supplement covers a private room for the whole trip.
Day Experiences & Workshops
- 24+ hours before start: full refund.
- Under 24 hours: no refund.
Marketplace Orders
- Goods in proper condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Only the product cost is refunded; shipping (both original and return) is non-refundable, and you arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Custom-made / personalized items and perishable goods (e.g. food) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
- For defective, damaged, or misdescribed goods, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We'll either send a replacement or refund the product cost.
No-Show & Early Exit
No refund where you fail to attend without prior written notice. Once a program begins, no refund is given for unused services — the price is a package, and early departure or removal does not entitle you to a partial refund.
Changes & Substitutions
We and our suppliers may substitute accommodation, venues, routes, or services with comparable ones where necessary, with reasonable notice.
Force Majeure
For events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, travel restrictions, government action) we may reschedule. If you cannot travel on the new date, we offer a credit voucher for 100% of value valid 24 months, or standard cancellation terms apply.
